• Abstract: 产业是城市发展的核心和基础，推动城市产业升级是落实国家高质量发展战略的重要举措，本文紧扣城乡融合政策内涵，立足沧州市经济社会发展实际，将深入挖掘资源禀赋、聚焦打造高端产品、深化城乡协调发展，发挥“政府+市场”双引擎作用作为推动沧州产业升级的重要路径，以期对沧州政策规划制定提供有效参考。
• Industry is the core and foundation of urban development, and promoting urban industrial upgrading is an important measure to implement the national high-quality development strategy. This article closely follows the connotation of urban-rural integration policies and is based on the actual economic and social development of Cangzhou City. It will deeply explore resource endowments, focus on building high-end products, deepen coordinated urban-rural development, and give full play to the dual engine role of government and market as an important path to promote industrial upgrading in Cangzhou, in order to provide effective reference for policy planning and formulation in Cangzhou.
