Aiming at the wide application and translation of hypertext in cross-cultural communication, this paper proposes a new approach to study hypertext translation from the perspective of international communication vision. Through in-depth exploration of the textual characteristics of hypertext translation and the practical application of cross-cultural hypertext, it is found that hypertext translation not only plays an important role in international communication, but also faces challenges such as adaptation to cultural differences and accuracy of language translation. It is suggested that future research should continue to explore and utilize emerging technologies, overcome the challenges brought by cultural differences more effectively and make greater contributions to international communication and cultural exchange.
