数字化赋能“红领巾奖章”考章活动的现状及对策研究

• 摘要： 红领巾奖章是中国少年先锋队为了激励少先队员全面发展而设立的一种奖励机制。随着信息技术的发展，数字化赋能红领巾奖章的考章活动成为一种新的趋势。数字化技术的引入使得考章活动更加便捷、透明，通过信息化工具记录活动评价数据，不仅可以轻松记录过程性数据，还能实时同步给家长和学生，让学生及时获得激励反馈。该研究通过对当前数字化赋能红领巾奖章特色考章活动的现状进行调查，并提出相应的对策建议，旨在推动红领巾奖章活动的创新发展，提高少先队员的综合素质。
• The Red Scarf Medal is a reward mechanism set up by the Young Pioneers of China to encourage the all-round development of Young Pioneers. With the development of information technology, the examination of the digital endowing Red Scarf Medal has become a new trend. The introduction of digital technology makes the examination more convenient and transparent. Through the information tools to record activity evaluation data, not only can easily record process data, but also real-time synchronization to parents and students, so that students get timely incentive feedback. By investigating the present situation of the activities of the characteristic seal and examination of the red scarf medal, this paper puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, aiming at promoting the innovative development of the activities of the red scarf medal, improve the comprehensive quality of Young Pioneers.
