Throughout its vast history, cities develop unique regional cultures. These regional cultures shape the character of their residents, distinct from those in other regions, providing a rich cultural background for science communication and becoming a new direction in cultural dissemination. The character traits of urban residents, forged by the city's inherent resources, stem from its regional culture. This paper explores the character of Beijing's residents and the cultural characteristics of the city through an analysis and narrative of the changes in Beijing's urban nature, cultural heritage, and human evolution. It aims to provide the public with an objective understanding of Beijing's cultural forms and the traits of its people. By optimizing the public cultural ecology of the city's regional image, this study promotes the integrated development of science communication and cultural dissemination, offering references for the public to further understand Beijing's historical culture and enhance scientific literacy.
