The shortage of international talents has gradually become a key factor restricting the international development of power generation enterprises. Enterprises need talents with international perspectives, cross-cultural communication abilities, and professional skills to support their globalization strategies. This article combines the actual situation of R Group Company to study the construction strategy, structure, and specific design plan of the international talent training system. The actual results show that through the implementation of these design plans, R Group Company has achieved good results in international talent training, and the talent training effect is significant. The research in this article can also provide some reference and guidance for the international talent training work of other power generation group companies.
