  • 摘要: 绩效管理是现代企业人力资源管理的支柱性工作,其重要性不言而喻。随着国内电力市场改革不断深化,电力行业竞争愈趋激烈,发电企业的绩效管理工作面临着越来越多的问题和挑战。如何有效进行企业绩效管理优化,成了发电企业经营管理中的重要课题。本文分析了D发电公司绩效管理中存在的各类典型问题,提出了明确绩效管理目标与战略、获取领导层的支持与背书、优化考核周期设计、认真做好绩效辅导、提升考核人员素质、完善激励反馈机制等一系列优化措施。应用效果显示,通过实施这一系列的优化措施,D发电公司员工绩效管理效率提升显著,有效促进了企业整体管理水平的提高。本文的研究也为其他发电企业绩效管理优化改革工作提供了一定的借鉴和参考。
  • Performance management is a pillar work of modern enterprise human resource management, and its importance is self-evident. With the continuous deepening of domestic electricity market reform, the competition in the electricity industry is becoming increasingly fierce, and the performance management of power generation enterprises is facing more and more problems and challenges. How to effectively optimize enterprise performance management has become an important issue in the operation and management of power generation enterprises. This article analyzes various typical problems in the performance management of D Power Generation Company, and proposes a series of optimization measures such as clarifying performance management goals and strategies, obtaining support and endorsement from the leadership, optimizing the design of assessment cycles, conscientiously providing performance coaching, improving the quality of assessment personnel, and improving incentive feedback mechanisms. The application effect shows that by implementing this series of optimization measures, the efficiency of employee performance management in D Power Generation Company has been significantly improved, effectively promoting the overall management level of the enterprise. This study also provides some reference and guidance for the optimization and reform of performance management in other power generation enterprises.
