民办高职院校辅导员队伍建设的困境与对策研究

• 摘要： 辅导员是学生工作的中坚力量，承担立德树人根本任务，加强辅导员队伍建设，是新时代高校思想政治教育的客观需要。民办高职院校应当根据辅导员队伍建设的时代要求，系统梳理辅导员队伍建设所面临的问题和困境，从强化顶层设计、落实保障措施、聚焦能力提高、优化考核评价等方面增强辅导员队伍建设措施保障，增强辅导员岗位吸引力，努力构建一支素质过硬、能力全面、特点突出的辅导员队伍。
• Counselors play a pivotal role in student affairs, undertaking the fundamental task ofmoral education and character building. Strengthening the construction of the counselor team isan objective necessity for ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the newera. Private vocational colleges should, in accordance with the contemporary demands of counselorteam construction, systematically sort out the problems and dilemmas faced by the construction ofthe counselor team. They should establish a safeguard system for counselor team construction fromaspects such as strengthening top-level design, implementing protective measures, focusing on abilityimprovement, and optimizing assessment and evaluation. This will enhance the attractiveness of thecounselor position and strive to build a team of counselors with excellent quality, comprehensivecapabilities, and distinctive characteristics.
