• Abstract: 奋斗精神是民族精神的核心内容，是党的二十大精神要义所在，具有丰富的育人价值。该研究着眼于新时代大学生奋斗精神培育的研究，着重阐述了新时代奋斗精神的内涵，总结了大学生奋斗精神培育在引领青年发展方面的成就，同时也看到大学生奋斗精神培育过程中的不足，笔者对此进行了分析并提出一些关于优化大学生奋斗精神培育路径的思考，希望能为团结奋斗建设社会主义现代化国家略尽绵力。
• The Struggle Spirit is the core of the national spirit, is the party’s 20 spiritual essentials, with rich educational value. The study focuses on the cultivation of the struggle spirit of college students in the new era, expounds the connotation of the struggle spirit in the new era, and summarizes the achievements of the cultivation of the struggle spirit of college students in leading the development of the youth, at the same time, I also see the deficiencies in the process of cultivating the spirit of struggle of college students, the author analyzes this and puts forward some thoughts on optimizing the cultivation path of the spirit of struggle of college students, we hope to do our utmost to unite our efforts and build a modern socialist country.
