High-quality development of preschool inclusive education is anintrinsic requirement for the construction of generally beneficial preschooleducation public service system in Wuling Mountain area. The high-qualitydevelopment of preschool inclusive education currently faces three mainchallenges. First, the policies and regulations for preschool inclusive educationare not fully developed. Second, the concept of preschool inclusive educationhas not yet been deeply ingrained in people’s minds. Third, the practicaloutcomes of preschool inclusive education are not satisfactory. In the future,to promote the high-quality development of preschool inclusive education,we must adhere to the new development ideas of innovative,coordinated,green,open and shared development.
