• Abstract: 科技发展史上，对科技创新成果认可的习惯是，用开发者的名字来命名成果。这既是对开发者的尊重，也为后来者在这个基础上继续向前发展有了基础。西方科技发展快速，与这种命名习惯有关。现在对科技创新成果是，用奖励证书和奖金的方式给予表彰。这种方式远不如用开发者的名字来“命名”更有效。用开发者的名字来命名成果，影响更深远。用奖励证书和奖金表彰成果，会随时间的延长，很快地消失。
• In the history of science and technology, the habit of recognizingscientific and technological innovations is to name achievements afterdevelopers. This is not only respect for developers, but also a foundation fornewcomers to move forward on this basis. The rapid development of westernscience and technology is related to this naming habit. Now, the achievementsof scientific and technological innovation are commended in the form of rewardcertificates and bonuses. This is far less effective than “naming” after developers.Naming results after developers has a deeper impact. With the reward certificateand bonus, it will soon disappear with the extension of time.
