- Abstract: 威廉·莎士比亚与汤显祖是东西方文坛上同时代出现的两颗文学巨星，他们都是诗人，其次才是剧作家，生动、抒情的语言与深厚的社会生活内容是莎士比亚与汤显祖诗剧中共同的特点。本文通过阐述莎士比亚与汤显祖作品中对真、善、美的讴歌以及对人性的尊重与爱情的歌颂，反映出东西方诗人共同的诗心，即相同的人文情怀与文学精神。
- William Shakespeare and Tan Xianzu are two literary giants in theeastern and western literary world. They both are identified as poets, andas dramatists. The common characteristics in their works are the vivid useof lyrical language and the embodiment of profound social life. This paperillustrates the eulogy of the Fair, Kind, and True as well as respect for humanityand praise of love in their works，thus the common poetic pursuit, namely thehuman feelings and literary spirit are reflected.
