Decent work, which encapsulates people’s aspirations in their workand lives, is an important part of happiness. Focusing on the core variable ofdecent work, the psychology of working theory has received extensive researchand attention because it can help people cope with the challenges from work.Based on the psychology of working theory, this paper systematically reviewsthe concept, measurement methods, antecedents, consequences and mechanismof decent work, and points out that future studies should enrich the researchmethods of decent work, explore the mechanism of decent work, and promotethe localization of decent work from the aspects of research object, structuraldimension and formation mechanism.
