The head of a kindergarten is the benchmark for preschooleducators, and an excellent head of a kindergarten has to go through a longand arduous process from growth to transformation. This study takes a publicrural kindergarten director in Linxia as the research object, describes herprofessional development stage by narrative research method, analyzes thefactors affecting her professional development from four aspects: individual,family, kindergarten and policy, and makes in-depth thinking, so as to provideguidance for the professional development of rural kindergarten directors.
