  • Abstract: 园长是幼儿教育工作者的标杆,一位出色的园长从成长到蜕变要经历漫长且艰辛的历程。本研究以临夏市一位公办农村幼儿园园长为研究对象,运用叙事研究方法,对她的专业发展阶段进行描述,从个人、家庭、园所、政策四个方面因素分析影响其专业发展的因素,并进行深入的思考,以此为农村幼儿园园长专业发展提供指导。
  • The head of a kindergarten is the benchmark for preschooleducators, and an excellent head of a kindergarten has to go through a longand arduous process from growth to transformation. This study takes a publicrural kindergarten director in Linxia as the research object, describes herprofessional development stage by narrative research method, analyzes thefactors affecting her professional development from four aspects: individual,family, kindergarten and policy, and makes in-depth thinking, so as to provideguidance for the professional development of rural kindergarten directors.
