• Abstract: 社会控制理论主要研究未成年人犯罪，认为未成年人犯罪的成因是在其社会化过程中个人与社会的联系薄弱的结果，是自身依恋、奉献、卷入和信念四种要素的缺失。结合杭州五名花季少年杀人分尸案件，基于社会控制理论，深刻剖析未成年人犯罪的原因，并针对犯罪原因，对控制和预防未成年人实施违法犯罪行为提出相应的有效措施。
• Social control theory, which focuses on juvenile delinquency, arguesthat the causes of juvenile delinquency are the result of a weak connectionbetween the individual and society in the process of their socialization, and theabsence of the four elements of their own attachment, devotion, involvementand belief. Based on the social control theory, the case of the five teenagers whokilled and split their bodies in Hangzhou is a profound analysis of the causes ofjuvenile delinquency, and the corresponding effective measures are proposed tocontrol and prevent juveniles from committing delinquent acts in response tothe causes of delinquency.
