国际化视阈下大学英语改革的人才培养目标研究与实践

• Abstract: 高等教育国际化已经成为高校国际化发展的重要趋势，也是衡量高校竞争力的标准之一。大学英语课程在推进国际化发展中担当重要的地位和角色。为促进高等教育国际化发展，大学英语课程在服务好专业课程，服务好国际化发展，服务好高等教育等方面做出了相应的改革。大学英语的国际化发展势在必行，在迎来了前所未有的挑战的同时，也迎来了新的发展机遇。大学英语国际化发展应与双一流建设相结合，与学校发展方向、特色学科专业、教师职业发展、学生个人发展、学习策略和评价体系等几个方面相融合。为具有扎实的外语交流能力，过硬的专业知识，超前的创新能力，卓越的跨文化意识，鲜明的批判性思维能力、超前的国际视野和国际竞争力的科技创新人才培养目标而努力。
• The internationalization of higher education has become an important trend in the international development of colleges and universities, and is also one of the standards to measure the competitiveness of colleges and universities. College English courses play a key role in promoting the development of internationalization. In order to promote the international development of higher education, college English courses must be reformed accordingly to serve the professional courses, the international development and the higher education. The internationalization of college English is imperative, facing unprecedented challenges as well as new opportunities. The international development of college English should be combined with the double first-class construction, the development direction of the school, the characteristic disciplines, the professional development of teachers, the individual development of students, the learning strategy and the evaluation system. To cultivate scientific and technological innovation talents with solid foreign language communication ability, excellent professional knowledge, advanced innovation ability, acute cross-cultural awareness, distinct critical thinking ability, international vision and international competitiveness.
