• Abstract: 中国古代哲学思想对中医学产生与发展具有重要影响。天人观、形神观、人贵论等哲学思想，奠定了中医学整体观的理论基石。中医学在长期的临床实践，并结合朴素的辩证思维，形成了独特的医学模式“时—空—社会—心理—生物—环境模式”。该医学模式强调人体内外环境的整体和谐、协调与统一，并贯穿于中医生理、病理、诊法、辨证、治疗等整个理论体系之中。
• Ancient Chinese philosophical thoughts have had an important impact on production and development of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). The thoughts, such as the view of heaven and man, the view of form and spirit, and the theory of importance of human, have laid the theoretical foundation of the holistic view of TCM. By the long-term clinical practice and combined with the simple dialectical thinking, the unique medical model of TCM has been formed, that is, “time-space-society-psychology-bio-environment model”. This medical model emphasizes the overall harmony, coordination and unity about the human’s internal and external environment, which goes through the whole TCM theoretical system of physiology, pathology, diagnosis, syndrome differentiation and treatment.
