The job demandsresources model is a great tool for summarizing the relationship between job characteristics and work engagement, and it includes the factors that affect work engagement that individuals encounter in their work. This article mainly introduces the work engagement and job demand-resource model, and the application of the model in the work engagement, in order to provide ideas for improving the work engagement of employees.
