- Abstract: 本文明确了校园欺凌行为法律概念，合理划分了未成年欺凌人和监护人责任，确定学校教育监管责任内容，适用多种侵权责任承担方式，以期合理地解决校园欺凌行为侵权责任的问题。
- This paper defines the legal concept of school bullying’s behavior, reasonably divides the responsibilities of juvenile bullies and guardians, determines the contents of school education supervision responsibilities, and applies various tort liability bearing methods, with a view to reasonably solving the problem of school bullying’s tort liability.
