- Abstract: 随着美国、德国、欧盟等国际主体修订和制定外资安全审查制度，此领域开始呈现出新的变化趋势。本文以美国、德国、欧盟等国际主体最新立法为背景探讨外资安全审查制度新发展的内容、新发展的趋势及对我国的对策，包括中国外资审查制度完善的启示和中国企业对外投资的策略。
- With the revision and formulation of foreign investment security review system by the United States, Germany, the European Union and other international subjects, this field begins to show new trends. This paper takes the latest legislation of the United States, Germany, the European Union and other international bodies as the background to discuss the content of the new development of foreign capital security review system, the new development trend and the countermeasures to China, including the enlightenment of China’s foreign capital review system and the strategy of Chinese enterprises’ foreign investment.
