• Abstract: 加强法治建设是现代社会实现良好治理的基本路径和重要手段，实现国家治理现代化是进一步完善国家治理体系和提升国家治理能力的终极目标。法治建设与实现国家治理现代化之间有着天然的内在联系，通过加强法治建设形成完备的法律规范体系、高效的法律实施体系、严密的法律监督体系可以有效促进党建、政治、经济和社会多个体系上的完善，推动立法、执法、司法和民主政治能力的全面提升。
• Strengthening the construction of the rule of law is the basic path and important means for achieving good governance in modern society, and realizing the modernization of national governance is the ultimate goal of further improving the national governance system and enhancing the national governance capabilities. There is a natural internal connection between the construction of the rule of law and the realization of the modernization of national governance. By strengthening the construction of the rule of law, the formation of a complete legal norm system, an efficient law enforcement system, and a strict legal supervision system can effectively promote multiple systems of party building, politics, economy, and society. The improvement of the above will promote the overall improvement of legislative, law enforcement, judicial and democratic political capabilities.
