• 摘要： 2020 年政府工作报告提出，通过稳就业促增收保民生，提高居民消费意愿和能力。城市日新月异的变化与发展，也赋予了“地摊经济”新的内涵，本文秉承“以人为本”的设计理念，希望通过回归需求本质、脱离现有束缚、打破固有认知的方式，找到更匹配社区人员的各项供求的新路径。本文将地摊经济与互联网紧密联系，打造以胡萝卜APP 为核心的产业链，可以分散到各个小地域的低成本的新型出售模式，以满足人类的不同需求。
• The 2020 government work report proposes to stabilize employment, increase income, ensure people’s livelihood, and improve residents’ Consumption Willingness and ability. The rapid changes and development of the city, but also gives the “stall economy” new connotation, this paper adhering to the “people-oriented” design concept, hoping to return to the nature of demand, break away from the existing constraints, break the inherent cognitive way, to find a new way to better match the supply of community personnel. In this paper, the community and the Internet are closely linked to create a carrotapp as the core of the industrial chain, which can be distributed to various small regions of the new low-cost sales mode, in order to meet the different needs of human beings.
