• 摘要： 心理学有很多让人困惑难解、复杂的矛盾性问题。文章通过对心理学既熟悉又陌生、既古老又年轻、既自然又社会、既理论又实践、既简单又复杂、既自助又助人等矛盾性问题的剖析，从而消除人们对心理学的误解和偏见，树立科学正确的心理学观念。
• Psychology has a lot of confusing and complex contradictory problems. This paper analyzes the contradictory problems of psychology, such as being familiar and unfamiliar, old and young, natural and social, theoretical and practical, simple and complex, self-help and helping others, so as to eliminate people’s misunderstanding and prejudice towards psychology and establish scientific and correct psychological concepts.
