In order to know the state of fresh graduates’job-search behavior, this study tested 560 fresh graduates by “social support rating scale”, “work values scale” and “job-search behavior questionnaire”. The results suggested that: (1)Both fresh graduates’ Job-search behavior and social support didn’t have gender differences and professional differences; (2) Job-search behavior, social support and work values had significant correlation among them, and social support have an effect on job-search behavior through mediator named work values; (3) subjective support and job-search behavior、self-actualization and job-search behavior、objective support and self-actualization all existed direct effect, and predict well between them.
