• Abstract: 人自诞生那一时刻起，死亡便成了无法超越的客观存在。如何面对死亡，也成了哲学、宗教、心理学、文学等不同领域讨论不休的话题。死亡是澳大利亚当代著名作家考琳·麦卡洛作品中的一个重要主题，她作品中的死亡现象参差多态，但她对死亡主题的哲学性思考清晰而又明朗，她认为对死亡的恐惧感抑或幸福感都是合理性的存在，与其在恐惧中死去，不如客观、淡然、积极地面对死亡，让死亡成为升华生命意义的一种壮举。
• From the moment of birth, death has become an objective existence that can not be surpassed. How to face death has become a hot topic in philosophy, religion, psychology, literature and other fields.
