• Abstract: 本文旨在通过讨论人工智能所带来的焦点伦理问题，指出开展人工智能伦理规范问题研究的必要性，引起人们对人机伦理关系的关注，进而试图廓清人机伦理关系的应有之意，为现实社会中的人工智能发展建立更加完善、有效的伦理规范机制，以期能引起相关领域的从业人员及政府决策者的关注和重视。
• This paper aims to discuss the ethical issues brought about by artificial intelligence, points out the necessity of carrying out research on artificial intelligence ethics, and call people to pay attention to the relationship between human and ethics, and then tries to clarify the meaning of human-computer ethical relationship. Finally it attempts to propose to establish a more complete and effective ethical normative mechanism for the development of artificial intelligence in the society, for purpose of attracting the attention of practitioners and government decision-makers in related fields.
