• Abstract: 石油工程是一个涉及多学科、多领域的技术与知识密集型产业，这要求石油工程的技术与管理人才必须具备宽广的知识领域、较强的工程实践能力和应用能力，同时还要具备较强的吸收新科技的能力和创新能力，能在工作中及时发现问题、分析问题并解决问题。我国传统的石油工程人才培养模式显然已经无法满足当前的人才需求，本文针对我国高等教育石油工程人才培养模式中存在的问题，对石油工程创新型人才培养的教学实践和途径进行了探讨。
• Petroleum engineering is a technology and knowledge intensive industry involving multiple disciplines and fields, which requires the technical and management personnel of petroleum engineering to have broad knowledge field, strong engineering practice ability and application ability, as well as strong ability to absorb new technology and innovation ability, so as to find problems, analyze problems and solve problems in time Question. China's traditional petroleum engineering personnel training mode has obviously been unable to meet the current talent demand. In view of the problems existing in the personnel training mode of Petroleum Engineering in China's higher education, this paper discusses the teaching practice and ways of petroleum engineering innovative talents training.
