摘要：目的：探讨静脉留置针的留置时间，封管液的选择，及并发症的预防提高工作效率。方法：分析 107 例心血管患者进行静脉留置针穿刺输液的常见并发症及相应的护理措施。结果：使用静脉留置针的心血管患者大多数无不良反应，少数患者有并发症发生。结论：减少静脉穿刺的次数，从而减轻心血管患者的痛苦，提高了抢救成功率和护理工作效率，受到广大患者认可接受。
Objective: To explore the time of indwelling, the choice of sealing fluid and the prevention of complications. Methods: to analyze the common complications and the corresponding nursing measures of 107 cardiovascular patients. Results: most of the cardiovascular patients using intravenous indwelling needle had no adverse reactions, and a few patients had complications. Conclusion: it can reduce the times of venipuncture, reduce the sufferings of cardiovascular patients, improve the success rate of rescue and the efficiency of nursing work, which are accepted by the majority of patients.
