• Abstract: 随着我国医疗卫生体制改革的不断推进，现代医疗护理管理体制的进 一步完善以及临床护理观念的不断转化，心理护理在护理管理中的意义也显得 尤为重要，人们也逐渐开始关注心理护理。心理护理不仅研究患者的心理活动 规律，同时还研究护士的心理活动规律。在本文中，我们将全面总结心理护理 在护理管理中的意义，并在此基础上分析如何在护理管理中运用心理护理的方 法，以期能够让护理人员保持较好的心理状态投入到工作中，进而有效提升医 院的护理质量与效率。
• With the continuous promotion of the reform of medical and health system, the further improvement of modern medical and nursing management system and the continuous transformation of clinical nursing concept, the significance of psychological nursing in nursing management is particularly important, and people gradually began to pay attention to psychological nursing. Psychological nursing not only studies the law of psychological activities of patients, but also the law of psychological activities of nurses. In this paper, we will comprehensively summarize the significance of psychological nursing in nursing management, and on this basis, we will analyze how to use psychological nursing methods in nursing management, in order to enable nurses to maintain a better psychological state into work, and then effectively improve the quality and efficiency of nursing in hospitals.
