Objective: To observe the effect of clinical nursing pathway in emergency
treatment of patients with craniocerebral injury. Methods: from May 2018 to may 2019,
100 patients with craniocerebral injury who had received first aid were divided into
control group and observation group, 50 in each group. The control group was given
routine nursing measures; the observation group was given some nursing measures
under the clinical nursing path. The time needed for rescue and the satisfaction degree
of nursing were recorded. Results: there was significant difference between the two
groups (P < 0.05). The rescue time of the observation group was (35.2 ± 11.6) min,
and that of the control group was (48.4 ± 15.2) min. the difference between the two
groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the emergency clinical
nursing pathway for patients with brain injury can meet the needs of both patients and
emergency medical staff, significantly improve the success rate of emergency rescue,
effectively reduce the mortality rate of emergency patients, effectively ensure the
physical and mental health of patients, and truly reflect the hospital's "people-oriented"
nursing concept.
