• Abstract: 本文通过对某市新引进 60 名新护士采用护士成长记录本引入临床带教 中，实现了环节质量控制，加快新护士角色转换过程，有效缩短了临床适应期。
• in this paper, 60 new nurses in a city were introduced into clinical teaching by using the nurse growth record book, which realized the link quality control, accelerated the role transformation process of new nurses, and effectively shortened the clinical adaptation period.
