- 摘要： 介绍美国护理学博士教育的入学要求、培养目标与课程设置、学术指导及考核、学位论文等方面的要求，提出需针对我国目前护理学博士教育存在的不足，探索合理的招生录取方式，建立“严出”的博士生考核和淘汰机制，实施导师指导委员会制度，进一步优化博士学位论文的评价指标等，以提升我国护理学博士研究生的培养质量。
- Introduced the nursing doctoral education entrance requirements, training objectives and curriculum, academic instruction and assessment, also meet the requirements of the dissertation, need according to Dr Nursing education in our country put forward the deficiencies, to explore the reasonable way of enrollment, establish a “strict” doctoral examination and elimination mechanism, the implementation of tutor system of the steering committee, To further optimize the evaluation index of doctoral thesis, so as to improve the quality of nursing doctoral students in our country
