• Abstract: 养老护理员群体是对老年人生活进行照料、护理的服务人员的总称，包括了传统意义上的护工、保姆、家政阿姨以及养老护理员等广义上从事养老护理的人群。随着我国老龄化现象的加剧、老年人口不断增加，社会对养老护理员的需求越来越大。本文通过整理文献，了解部分省市的养老机构护理人员的现状，对其中的普遍原因进行探索，对我国的养老护理现状进行审视，从几方面对养老护理员群体的职业状态进行了综述，期望为养老护理员群体方面的研究提供参考依据。
• The group of elderly caregivers is a general term for the service personnel who take care of the elderly, including the traditional sense of caregivers, nannies, domestic aunts and elderly caregivers and other people who are engaged in elderly care in a broad sense. As China's aging phenomenon intensifies and the elderly population continues to increase, there is a growing demand for elderly caregivers in society. This paper examines the current situation of elderly care in China by compiling the literature, understanding the current situation of caregivers in some provinces and cities, exploring the common reasons for this, and reviewing the current situation of elderly care in China, and reviewing the occupational status of the elderly caregiver group from several aspects, expecting to provide a reference basis for research on the elderly caregiver group.
