浅析外科护理风险的发生原因和防范措施

• 摘要： 护理告知不到位、护士法律意识淡薄、缺乏有效护患沟通以及医院感染、专科治疗、患方和医院管理等是主要的外科护理风险因素。在护理实践中，要针对可能出现的风险因素，识别与衡量风险，培养护士语言沟通能力，认真履行岗位职责，强化法律知识教育，实施个体化风险管理，加强医院感染和病房管理，加强护理职业道德教育，合理配置人力资源，避免和减少护理风险的发生。
• The main risk factors of surgical nursing were inadequate nursing information, weak legal consciousness of nurses, lack of effective nurse patient communication, hospital infection, specialist treatment, patient side and hospital management. In nursing practice, it is necessary to identify and measure risks, cultivate nurses' language communication ability, conscientiously perform post responsibilities, strengthen legal knowledge education, implement individualized risk management, strengthen hospital infection and ward management, strengthen nursing professional ethics education, reasonably allocate human resources, so as to avoid and reduce the occurrence of nursing risks.
