• 摘要： 护理专业的教学及改革不仅是社会发展的需要，更是满足人民群众日益增长的卫生服务发展的需要，也是做强做精护理专业的必要条件，护理人才的培养势必越来越重要，只有独特的课程体系和教学模式，才能与现在速发展的护理专业趋势相辅相成。因此护理教育课程设计应注重专业实践技能的训练--培养操作技能、临床动乎能力，提高学生解决护理专业实际问题的能力学习如何有效地评估和管理我们社会面临的一些重大健康问题,例如心理健康失衡，肥胖，病人安全等；同时，对于本利一阶段的护理教育有必要注入科技教育，以跨学科的教学理念，学习如何做旱期临床研究，推进护理科研的发展。
• The teaching and reform of nursing specialty is not only the need of social development, but also the requirement of the growing health service development of the people. It is also the necessary condition for strengthening and improving the nursing specialty. The cultivation of nursing talents is bound to be more and more important. Only the unique curriculum system and teaching mode can complement the rapidly developing trend of nursing specialty. Therefore, the curriculum design of nursing education should pay attention to the training of professional practical skills training of operation skills and clinical activity ability, so as to improve students’ ability to solve practical problems of nursing specialty. Learn how to effectively assess and manage some of the significant health problems faced by our society, for example, mental health imbalance, obesity, patient safety, etc.; at the same time, it is necessary to inject science and technology education into nursing education in the first stage of cost-benefit, so as to learn how to do clinical research in drought period with interdisciplinary teaching concept, and promote the development of nursing research.
