Objective: To explore the clinical nursing intervention of hyperthyroidism
complicated with periodic paralysis. Methods: retrospective analysis of the clinical
nursing data of 40 cases of hyperthyroidism complicated with periodic paralysis
admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019. Results: all the patients
were treated with potassium supplement, and given relevant nursing intervention, all
recovered and successfully discharged. It can effectively control the blood potassium
concentration, reduce the attack rate of periodic paralysis and promote the early
recovery of patients.
