Abstract: 艺术修养是指一个人的艺术知识和技能的状况和水平。戏曲教师必须精通所属行当的专业知识和技能，掌握中国戏曲发展史和戏曲理论知识，还要了解其它门类的艺术，以达到触类旁通，最终提高艺术修养。戏曲教师只有具备了良好的艺术修养，才能教育出优秀的学生。
Artistic accomplishment is the situation and level of a person’s artistic knowledge and skills. Chinese opera teachers must be proficient in the expertise and skills of the major, and master the developing history and theory of Chinese opera. They should also understand other art forms, so as to achieve the analogy, and ultimately improve the art accomplishment. Only when they have a good artistic accomplishment, can they educate outstanding students.
