• Abstract: 钢琴的弹奏，是一种心身合一，人器合一的生命活动。这种活动，是 人的肢体在钢琴上弹奏，心灵在钢琴上倾泻，通过音乐的形式来表达。在钢琴 弹奏中，演奏者随着时间的流逝，空间的流动，肢体的运动来表达自己的情绪 情感。但是，无论是何形式的表达，人与器，身与心，灵与肉，分而为二，合 而为一，对立而统一。阴阳对立统一变化规律在钢琴的演奏中应注意手臂、手 腕的变化，气息的变化，触键的状态和位置的变化，曲风的变化。
• The piano playing is a life activity of the unity of heart and body and the unity of performer and piano. Whatever the forms of expression are, as for performer and piano, body and heart, and the spirit and the flesh, each two divide but unify. According to the rule of opposite and unity of Yin and Yang, performers should pay attention to the change of the arm and wrist, the change of the breath, the state of touching clavier and the change of location, and the change of style.
