Abstract: 在材料成型加工环节，计算机技术中的模拟技术为材料成型及加工新工艺提供了更为准确的定量预测和理论基础，以计算试验代替传统的经验试错法，提高未来制造模具的质量，降低生产成本，具有交货期短以及整体生产柔性等优势。
In the process of material forming and processing, the simulation technology in computer technology provides more accurate quantitative prediction and theoretical basis for the new process of material forming and processing. The traditional experience trial and error method is replaced by calculation test, which can improve the quality of the future manufacturing mold, reduce the production cost, and has the advantages of short delivery time and overall production flexibility.
