  • 摘要: 本文研究了纳米 SiO 2 /NR 复合材料制备方法。硅烷偶联剂 Si69 用量 和纳米 SiO 2 用量对纳米 SiO 2 NR 复合材料力学性能和老化性能的影响。结果表 明,乳液共凝法制备的纳米 SiO 2 NR 复合材料力学性能和耐老化性能优于机械 共混法制备的纳米 SiO 2 NR 复合材料力学性能和耐老化性能。加入 Si69 后,纳 米 SiO 2 NR 复合材料力学性能和耐老化性能得到改善。在天然橡胶中加入纳米 SiO 2 ,改善了天然橡胶的力学性能和耐老化性能。
  • In this paper, the preparation method of nano-SiO 2 / NR composite was studied. The effect of the amount of silane coupling agent Si69 and nano-SiO 2 on the mechanical properties and aging properties of nano- SiO 2 NR composite. The results show that the mechanical properties and aging resistance of nano SiO 2 NR composites prepared by emulsion co coagulation method are better than those of nano-SiO 2 NR composites prepared by mechanical blending. After adding Si69, the mechanical properties and aging resistance of nano-SiO 2 NR composite were improved. The mechanical properties and aging resistance of NR were improved by adding nano-SiO 2 into NR.
