• Abstract: 如今市场竞争日趋激烈，如何提高计量单位的工作水平和服务效能是 当前工作的重点之一。计量仪器收发工作是计量单位的窗口，其服务质量和水 平关系着单位留给顾客的第一印象，也是检验仪器管理运行体系的重要环节。
• Now, increasingly fierce market competition, how to improve the level of work units and service performance is one of the priorities. Sending and receiving units is the window of measurement instruments, its service quality and level has relationship to the unit's image, and is an important part of testing equipment management system.
