• Abstract: 硬度试验是材料性能试验的主要方法之一。随着工业的发展，许多管类产品的硬度现场测量需求越来越多，常规的硬度测量仪器不能满足管类产品的现场测量需求，需要研究新的测量手段，实现对管件的非破坏性测量。论述了采用电阻硬度传感器技术实现炮管镀铬层硬度的测量方法以及对测量装置的设计。
• Hardness test is one of the main methods of material performance test. With the development of industry, there are more and more demands for in-situ hardness measurement of many pipe products. Conventional hardness measuring instruments cannot meet the in-situ measurement needs of pipe products. Therefore, new measurement methods need to be researched to realize non-destructive measurement of pipe fittings. The method of measuring the hardness of chrome coating on gun barrel by resistance hardness sensor technology and the design of measuring device are discussed.
