Abstract: 为了提高澳斯麦特炉烟气排放连续检测维护量，本文介绍了烟气连续检测系统的组成，阐述了 SO 2 、CO、O 2 的测量常见故障，因此，结合本厂检测系统维护的经验，对预处理系统各组件的故障点进行了详细的剖析，并进行改进，使连续检测系统的故障得到了有效的降低。
In order to improve the continuous detection and maintenance of flue gas emission of Ausmelt furnace, this paper introduces the composition of the continuous detection system of flue gas, and expounds SO 2 , Co, O 2 Therefore, combined with the maintenance experience of the factory's detection system, the fault points of each component of the pretreatment system are analyzed in detail and improved, so that the fault of the continuous detection system is effectively reduced.
