Abstract: 介绍了基于Lattice 公司开发的ISPexpert 软件，利用EDA 技术对可置数十位计数器，应用VHDL 语言进行电路设计的过程。
Based on the software ISPexpert developed by Lattice Company, this article introduces the process of setting decimal scaler by using EDA technology and designing circuit by applying VHDL technology.
