Objective: to establish a HPLC method for the determination of Ginsenoside
Rg1 in Huoxuezhitong capsule. Methods: Zorbax extend cm column (150 m m × 4.6
mm, 5μm) was used. The mobile phase was ethyl ester-0.1% phosphoric acid solution
(20:80), the flow rate was 1.0 ml / min, the detection wavelength was 203 mm, and the
column temperature was 30 ℃ . Results: the linear relationship between ginsenoside
Rg1 and peak area was good in the range of 1.236-9.888ug (r = 0.9991). The average
recovery was 97.90%, RSD = 1.03% (n = 6). Conclusion: HPLC method is simple,
reliable and specific, which can be used for the quality control of Huoxue Zhitong
Capsule.
