  • Abstract: 采用氢化物发生 - 原子荧光光谱法测定瓜尔胶中砷和铅,对仪器工作条件和氢 化物发生条件进行选择和优化。方法对砷和铅的检出限均为 0.01μg/L,精密度(RSD, n=6)为 5.94% ~ 10.7%,砷平行加标回收率为 96.5%,铅平行加标回收率为92.9%。
  • Arsenic and lead in guar gum were determined by hydride generation - atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Methods the detection limits of arsenic and lead were 0.01 g/L, the precision (RSD, n=6) was 5.94% ~ 10.7%, the recovery rate of arsenic was 96.5%, and that of lead was 92.9%.
