基于液体顶空气相色谱法的蒿甲醚中有机溶剂的残留测定

Determination of organic solvent residues in artemether by liquid headspace gas chromatography

  • Abstract: 建立了液体顶空气相色谱法测定蒿甲醚中有机溶剂残留量。采用 DB-1 大口径毛细管柱,以对照品作外标进行定量。甲醇、乙醇及二氯甲烷的线性范 围分别为 30.2 ~ 635.2 μg·mL -1 (r=0.9991),6.4 ~ 64.5 μg·mL -1 (r=0.9991) 和 5.5 ~ 68.7 μg·mL -1 (r=0.9990);回收率分别为 99.9%,103.8% 和 99.3%; 检测限分别为 0.02 μg·g -1 ,0.04 μg·g -1 和 0.01 μg·g -1 。本方法简单、准确、 灵敏度及重现性好。
  • A solution headspace gas chromatography for the determination of residual organic solvent in Artemether was established. A DB-1 wide bore capillary column was used with Referencel standard. The linear range for methanol, ethanol and dichloromethane were 30.2~635.2μg·mL -1 (r=0.9991), 6.4~64.5μg·mL -1 (r=0.9991) and 5.5~68.7μg·mL -1 (r=0.9990) respectively. The average recoveries of methanol, ethanol and dichloromethane were 99.9%, 103.8%and 99.3%respectively. The lowest test limits of methanol , ethanol and dichloromethane were 0.02μg·g -1 , 0.04 μg·g -1 and 0.01μg·g -1 ,respectively. The method was simple, accurate, sensitive and repeatable.
