The Relationship Between Professional Identity and Teaching Input of Physical Education Teachers in Private Colleges and Universities: The Intermediary Role of Professional Self-efficacy
The questionnaire survey method was used to investigate the professional identity, professional selfefficacy and teaching investment of physical education teachers in 18 private universities in Hubei Province. The research results show that: (1) the professional identity of physical education teachers in private colleges and universities is positively correlated with teaching input and professional self-efficacy; (2) the professional self-efficacy of physical education teachers in private colleges and universities is positively correlated with teaching input; (3) the professional self-efficacy plays a partial intermediary role between professional identity and teaching input.
