新时代我国休闲体育发展的现状与对策

• Abstract: 随着我国经济社会的持续发展，人们的生活目标已经从解决温饱等基本问题向追求美好生活等高层次需求转变。追求美好生活对健康生活方式有强烈的需求，而休闲体育则是健康生活和快乐生活的重要方式之一，它对于促进人的全面发展、促进社会经济发展、建设健康中国等方面具有重要作用。然而，当前休闲体育仍面临市场培育不强、产业发展不壮、治理水平不高等问题，需要在休闲体育意识强化、产业培育、治理体系和治理能力提升等方面加强建设。
• As our country’s economic and social development levels continue to improve, people’s life goals have shifted from addressing basic needs such as food and clothing to pursuing higher-level needs like a better quality of life. The pursuit of a better life creates a strong demand for healthy lifestyles, and leisure sports are one of the key ways to achieve a healthy and happy life. They play an important role in promoting comprehensive human development, advancing social and economic growth, and building a healthy China. However, the current development of leisure sports still faces issues such as weak market cultivation, underdeveloped industries, and inadequate governance levels. It is necessary to strengthen efforts in enhancing awareness of leisure sports, cultivating the industry, and improving governance systems and capabilities, in order to inject new momentum into leisure sports and contribute to achieving national health for all.
