退役运动员赋能体育培训市场发展：价值阐释、现实困境及实践路径

• 摘要： 近年来，随着相关政策的出台，我国体育培训市场在取得长足发展的同时，也暴露出市场监管不足、教练员专业性不高等问题。本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等方法，分析退役运动员赋能体育培训市场的价值、现实困境及实践路径。研究认为，退役运动员赋能体育培训行业能够有效填补市场优质教练员的数量缺口，在拓宽自身就业渠道的同时，可进一步完善竞技体育后备人才培养机制，推动体育培训市场向高质量发展。但在此过程中也存在政策保障供给不足、市场发展不平衡、退役运动员自身能力缺陷等问题。鉴于此，政府应完善法规政策保障，推动体育培训市场均衡发展，提升退役运动员教学管理能力，并强化社会各主体对体育培训市场的协同监管，为退役运动员创造稳定就业环境，从而促进体育培训市场的高质量发展。
• In recent years, with the introduction of relevant policies, China’s sports training market has made great progress at the same time, but also exposed the lack of market supervision, professional coaches. By means of literature and logical analysis, this paper analyzes the value, realistic dilemma and practical path of the retired athletes’ empowered sports training market, and believes that the retired athletes’ empowered sports training industry can effectively fill the gap in the number of high-quality coaches in the market, broaden their employment channels, and at the same time make up for the shortcomings in the training of sports reserve talents. We will promote highquality development of the sports training market. However, in this process, there are also problems such as insufficient supply of policy security, unbalanced market development, and the ability of retired athletes. In view of this, the government should improve regulations and policies to promote the balanced development of the sports training market, enhance the teaching and management ability of retired athletes, and strengthen the collaborative supervision of the organic society on the sports training market, so as to create a stable employment environment for retired athletes, so as to achieve high-quality development of the sports training market.
