湘鄂地区土苗传统体育旅游发展研究——以龙凤双城一体化发展为例

• 摘要： 本研究运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、实地考察法等，深入探讨湘鄂地区土苗传统体育旅游一体化发展的价值、困境与策略。龙凤双城一体化发展具有多重价值：保护和传承地方文化遗产；增强地方文化自信与认同；推动民族团结和文化交流；促进地方经济的发展；促进国家体育事业发展。当前面临的困境主要包括：体育旅游专业人才匮乏；体育旅游产业政策体系不够完善；资金支持力度不足；缺乏有效的宣传推广策略。相应策略如下：准确定位，立足自身优势资源；加强相互协作，构建完备的体制机制；促进人才交流，强化智力支撑；借助数字赋能，提升供给效率；秉持绿色发展理念，倡导低碳环保；打破发展壁垒，借力现代体育。
• Use documentary materials, expert interviews, field visits and other methods to explore the value, difficulties and strategies of the integrated development of traditional sports tourism in Hunan and Hubei. The integrated development value of Longfeng Twin Cities: protect and inherit local cultural heritage, enhance local cultural confidence and identity, promote national unity and cultural exchanges, promote the development of local economy, and promote the development of national sports. Difficulties: lack of talents in sports tourism; imperfect policy system in the sports tourism industry; insufficient financial support; lack of publicity and promotion strategies. Strategy: accurate positioning, based on its own advantages; mutual cooperation, building a complete institutional mechanism; talent exchange, strengthening intellectual support; digital empowerment, improving supply efficiency; green development, advocating low-carbon environmental protection; breaking down barriers, relying on modern sports.
